Berwick Wheelers
Berwick Wheelers Cycling Club was formed in 1988, we gave the Eastern Borders its first cycle club in the area since the demise of Tweedside cycling and Athletics club some 20 years before.
Berwick Wheelers Cycling Club is an active cycling club and is involved in all aspects of cycling, including, Road, Triathlon and Mountain Biking. We have a reputation as a friendly club and welcome cyclist of all ages and abilities.
Club Time Trials are held mainly on quiet roads in Berwickshire and are ideal for safely introducing young riders to the sport. For those who like hills, there are plenty of stiff climbs to be tackled in the nearby Lammermuirs and Cheviots.
For a small club, Berwick Wheelers Cycling Club has a good record in SCU championship events, having won two individual gold, eight silver, two bronze and three team gold medals as well as breaking SCU competition team records at 10, 25, and 50 miles
