Berwick Cricket Club are planning on running their first Cricket taster session for girls and women of all ages on Sunday May 24th at 10am.
The session will be held on the Pier Fields.
The session will be a fun introduction to the game for players of all abilities with a view to setting up a ladies/girls team in the near future.
Club Development Officer Gareth Hill states "Berwick Cricket Club are offering a unique opportunity for women and girls to participate in cricket. There has never been a team in the Berwick borough area and ACTIVE Berwick are one hundred per cent behind Berwick Cricket Club in helping them achieve their goal."
