Tillside Cricket Club
Tillside Cricket Club is based in the beautiful village of Etal, near Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland. The club is open to everyone
Different teams: 2 x Adult League teams on a Saturday (Northumberland and Alnwick & District Leagues 1 x Sunday Adult Friendly team: Juniors 1 x U15 league; 2 x U13 league teams; 1 x U11 league team; U9 festival squad; U17 friendly team
Honours:
League Champions (Adult) Alnwick & District 2007 & 2008; (Junior) Alnwick & District U13 (shared) & U15 2008; U9 Alnmouth Under 9 festival winners
We are fortunate also to have a thriving junior section of over 120 children, with ages spanning from 6 to 16. The junior section won 3 out of the 4 juniors Leagues in 2008. The club at this current time possess 6 Junior County players
The success of Tillside has been based on its coach's and volunteers who all have helped the club become a friendly and competitive cricket club. Tillside CC aim is to offer competitive and non-competitive cricket so that every person can participate.
Tillside Cricket Club are proud to announce that they possess the ECB accredited Clubmark scheme. Clubmark makes sure that Tillside CC have the correct procedures and demonstrate good practice.
Tillside Cricket Club are working with Active Berwick in hosting the Active Berwick Pubs Cricket 6s Tournament.
Training Times Summer sessions (Each sessions is held at the home ground situated in Etal Vilage
Thursday 6.45 8.15pm;
Junior Friday 5.30 6.30pm under9s 6.30 8.00pm under 11's Under 15's
Winter Sessions Training Times:
Adults: 12 till 2pm On Sundays (Swan Centre For Leisure)
Juniors: Under 15, Under 13 and Under 11s Tuesday 4pm till 6pm (Swan Centre For Leisure)
Under 11s Thursday 5pm till 6pm at Longridge Towers
